DOK 030 is a social enterprise by and for entrepreneurs. We develop projects and initiatives to give underprivileged people the opportunity to work on their own future and career. This can be done by following a course with a job guarantee, starting your own company, finding an internship or getting help to maintain your company. We also have an eye for the neighborhood economy and the strengthening of vocational education and higher education.

Edecco is a recognized organization that guides people with a distance to the labor market in their search for work. We do this with tailor-made routes. Our coaching and guidance is individually focused and is carried out in small groups. Everyone has their own Job Coach and a fixed point of contact in the workplace. There is weekly consultation. This is how we get the best out of every candidate
