How do I become a Status Holders Netherlands member?

We offer you many advantages. But if you want to become a member, you also have to meet a number of requirements. Read the Status Holders Netherlands Code of Conduct and follow the procedures.

Procedures & irons:

If you want to become a member of Status Holders Netherlands, you must meet a number of criteria and requirements. Status holders Netherlands members must comply with the Code of Conduct for Status holders members. There are also some specific requirements within our code of conduct. Below you will find the conditions for membership. First check whether you can and want to comply with this. Then fill in the Membership Application form and send/email it to us with the requested documents. As soon as we receive the application, we will send a message that your application (incl. Chamber of Commerce number) has been received. Status holders then have a week to scan and check everything. If there are no objections and the application is complete and approved, you will receive a confirmation letter with your membership number one week after application. After that you must of course adjust your terms and conditions in accordance with our code of conduct rules. After a short time we will send you the contribution invoice in proportion to the remaining calendar year. TIP: We advise you to also submit the application for membership if one or a few necessary requirements cannot yet be met. If after a week the requirement can still be met and there are no objections, we will immediately provide the membership. The procedure will of course take longer if you do not meet the requirements or if there are objections to the membership.

The Procedures for Status Holders Netherlands Audit & Certification!

The Audit Procedure is outlined in the following diagram and describes the following:

  • 1. Pre-examination

    A preliminary investigation is carried out in which the company/organization and the services/services of the company/organization are assessed.

  • 2. Audit orientation

  • 3. Elaboration of work plan

  • 4. Audit

  • 5. Report

    After the Audit, all findings are reported.

  • 6. Implementation

    The report is assessed and implemented. If the procedure has been assessed in accordance with the Market standards, a certificate is issued.

Our activities include: Auditing, Inspecting, Certification of organizations and companies that are active within this target group. Our specialized audit staff conduct the inspections and report on the certified organizations and companies, the inspections look at: Recognition; Organization; Quality services & services; Reporting; Inspection report. Status holders The Netherlands uses different types of certification, namely: Organization & Business Certification Services and services certification.
